Jenna Edwards
Jenna is a qualified Mental Health Nurse with 13 years of experience as a qualified nurse.
She has over 18 years’ of experience in health and social care combined. Jenna’s experience includes working in enduring Mental Health, acute Mental Health services, Dementia, Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities, and Autism Specialist Services. She held clinical lead positions within Care Homes and in Hospitals, settings Jenna has been a General Manager of services up to 56 beds within Mental Health.
Jenna continues to actively work and maintain her nursing qualification with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. She has good relationships with commissioners, relatives, and CQC inspectors. She has a person-centered approach.
She is committed to service improvement and development and her focus is to achieve "Outstanding" in our services within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
Annam Malik
Annam has an undergraduate degree and master’s in Psychology.
She has worked in Health and Social Care for 4 years, Woodlea being her first job in health care.
Annam's previous job was in primary care, which gives her good insight when assisting access to health care for tenants. She is passionate about her role and is always aiming for progression.
Annam started here as a bank support worker and worked her way up to team leader and now deputy manager - we are very proud of this progression!
Gail Brunskill
Gail has over 25 years’ of experience working in Health and Social Care. Her qualifications include the Registered Manager Award (Level 4) in Health & Social Care along with her Level 5 in Operational Management.
Gail has worked with people with enduring Mental Health, Dementia and Learning Disabilities. Previously Gail has been registered with CQC as a Registered Manager giving her the understanding and practical experience of the challenges the Registered Manager faces on a daily basis.
Gail works closely in collaboration with local clinical commissioning teams and Local Authorities.
Her main focus is to drive the business forward whilst ensuring we offer a quality service that is open, honest, and transparent service for all our stakeholders and value for money.
Marie Wronko
Marie has worked in Health and Social Care since 1984 and has over 36 years’ experience.
Marie was Registered Manager with Social Services for 15 years for residential care homes for mental health and learning disabilities prior to National Care Standards and CQC becoming our governing bodies.
Marie’s role has always been hands-on, operational, and developing new services in partnership with the host authorities.
Her role now is continuing to develop new services and working closely with the commissioning units, housing benefit departments, planning departments, local residents and local councillors.
Marie was a member of the National Care Standards Provider Association (formerly the Advisory Panel for Registration and Inspection), she also represented providers at meetings at the Regional Office of the National Care Standards Committee.
